DEBTOR MANAGEMENT
Debtors are an unfortunate by-product of every stratified property. However, over the
years, we have a proven track record of professionally and reliably collect debts effectively and efficiently.
Debt management is very essential to any stratified property. Timely and consistent
collection will improve the cash flow, reduce long-term debts, increase owner satisfaction and enhance the reputation of a property.
We train our team of qualified professionals with the tried-and-tested methods of debt collection using simple approaches that are available to us logically and also other legal avenues accorded,
especially through Act 757.

Financial and Cash Flow Management

An AGM is a mandatory meeting held every year for the owners of a strata property to review the financial statements and budget, elect the management committee, discuss any other matters relating to the maintenance and management of the property. An EGM is a special meeting called to deal with urgent or specific matters that arise between AGMs, such as the removal of an executive member, legal issues, or time-sensitive resolutions.
